Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate and modest nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Please ensure you review all product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Reporting a Defective or Damaged Item

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing: abrardesignboutique@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Resolution

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

4. Condition of Items

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Any items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not qualify.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, as this is beyond our control.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to cover the cost of re-shipping, subject to availability of the item.

7. Packaging Expectations

Please ensure all returned items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not qualify for a refund.

8. Shipping Disclaimer (International Orders)

We offer international shipping to many countries. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
