We ship from the UK. Available delivery services and shipping charges are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Shipping prices and options
International shipping charges are based on your destination, the total weight of your basket and your chosen delivery service. Where available, choose Standard tracked for a lower shipping price or Express tracked for quicker delivery.
UK delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Free Standard delivery is available on eligible UK orders of £60 or more.
Order preparation and dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates start after dispatch and do not include order preparation time. Please check any dispatch notices on our website or product pages, particularly for pre-orders and restocks.
If you need your order for a particular travel date or occasion, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the available options.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, local holidays, courier disruption and remote delivery areas may extend delivery. Please allow extra time before travelling.
Tracking your parcel
A tracking number or link is provided after dispatch for tracked services. Tracking may take time to update after the courier receives your parcel. Please check your email, including your junk folder, for dispatch information.
International customs, VAT and import charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, local taxes and courier clearance or handling fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices, unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
The courier or customs authority may contact you to request payment or further information. These charges must be paid before the parcel can be released where required. Unpaid charges may delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned.
If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid, any refund will be assessed once the parcel has arrived back with us. We normally refund the cost of the goods only in these circumstances; original shipping charges are not normally refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your delivery details
Please provide a complete delivery address, correct postcode, email address and a telephone number the courier can use. If you spot an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us to discuss the available options. An additional delivery charge may apply if you ask us to send it again, subject to your statutory rights.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows a problem, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the courier.
